Dialogue

 

This process is the most creative approach among all the processes we facilitate. Its main goals are to

 

  • foster listening

  • engage all stakeholders of a project. team or organisation

  • connect the dots that are not connected yet.  

  • discover new potential and embrace change.

 

It is inspired by the dialogues between Krishnamurti and David Bohm who defined it as a flow of consciousness and inquiry into the truth.
